My very first bento, originally uploaded by Lorraine Marie.
I've lurked in the world of bento blogging long enough... here's last night's dinner, and my very first bento box! (cross-posted to my food blog.)
I've started a food blog over at Super Sarap, which is hosted on TypePad. Sarap means delicious in Filipino, and it's all about my adventures in eating, which are quite... um.. Super.
I'm shamelessly stealing this meme from wandergirl. I mean, it's about food!

It's been raining since last night. It's the kind of rain I like, not a timid little drizzle nor a scary wrath-of-god downpour. I'm on my second cup of coffee, listening to XM Top Tracks radio, and I'm not quite in "work mode" yet.
I need to drink this coffee up and see to lunch. It's 1 pm already, and I haven't even started lunch. I'm thinking Eggs Benedict, only with bacon instead of ham. Dinner's all planned out, though- we're having Mario Batali's Chicken Livers with Leeks, Balsamic Vinegar & Dried Apricots... one of my favourite dishes ever.
